We understand that shopping online for lingerie can feel risky, but we're here to make it easy for you to find your perfect GSPOT product. Your satisfaction is important to us, and if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or a full refund. To be eligible:
• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Hygiene & Returns

For hygiene reasons, all lingerie items are final sale unless they are faulty.
